Job Summary

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Solutions, the Regional Brand Marketing Lead will play a vital and strategic role in the development of insight-driven content & creative, and the execution of integrated campaigns to support sales & marketing goals across Asia Pacific markets.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Content & Creative Development: Manage content & creative strategy to ensure compelling & consistent messaging development – aligned to core brand narratives, key product value proposition and priority customer journeys/ insights. Scope includes creative development, copywriting, product selling proposition and brand alignment.

 

  • Campaign Development & Activation: Develop & deploy regional integrated marketing campaigns that are adaptable and scalable to each local market. Work with country marketing teams to plan and execute impactful through-the-line marketing activities, focused on driving purchase intent, conversion & post-purchase advocacy and consumer lifetime value, including & not limited to advertising, social media marketing, owned/ earned media, sales promotions, and sponsorships.

 

  • Marketing Effectiveness: Deliver collective insights and KPI review, which incorporate cross-team results and environmental factors, to drive optimization and post-activation learnings across markets. Scope includes website performance, media spend, social media activations and campaigns

 

  • Agency & Stakeholder Management: Enable collaboration and integration between with agencies, teammates and functional stakeholders. Drive end-to-end project management including day-to-day contact, status meetings, communications, KPI monitoring and reporting

Requirements

  • Degree holder with 12 years of related experience working in marketing communications, across a variety of marketing disciplines such as product/ brand marketing, social, events and advertising.
  • Current/ previous experience working across Asia Pacific region in consumer goods, eCommerce or advertising will be a bonus.
  • Demonstrated work examples showcasing impactful creative and content writing approaches, the art of storytelling and outstanding verbal and written communication skills - with the ability to clearly articulate complex issues.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in integrated marketing and communications, with effective writing samples.
  • Ability to deliver scalable marketing plans from concept to delivery, including an ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, effectively driving measurable results.
  • Strong executive presence, cross-group collaboration and communication skills that drive influence among senior leaders across a matrixed organization.
  • The ability to work independently in ambiguous and changing environments, along with great listening, collaboration, resilience and partnering skills.
  • Knowledge of modern marketing and paid media strategies to create standout campaigns that enhances better customer experience.
