BSAP-Regional Supply Chain Planning Specialist

Job Summary

Be an integral part in the supply chain transformation program. As a part of a supply chain planning center of excellence, help to strengthen supply chain planning capabilities in the BSCAP region.

 

Support in implementing an advanced planning solution in BSCAP, and run central planning activities utilizing the advanced planning solution. Support BSCAP planners in how to run supply chain planning activities, and drive for continuous improvement in supply chain planning processes & performance.

Responsibilities

Drive Supply Chain Planning Improvements (60%)

  • Support with managing and executing the implementation of an advanced planning solutions (APS) in BSCAP.
  • Develop and deploy best practice demand planning & requirements planning processes in BSCAP, and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain teammates from GCs & RHO to ensure alignment of initiatives with strategic goals and drive end-to-end process integration to eliminate process redundancies.
  • Propose and implement improvements to the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process in BSCAP

Run Ongoing Regional Supply Chain Planning Activities (20%)

  • Responsible for ongoing centralized demand planning and requirements planning activities, utilizing advanced planning solution
  • Responsible for setup, configuration, and continuous improvement of planning processes, utilizing advanced planning solution
  • Drive or support root-cause analysis of under- or over-performing supply chain planning KPIs and collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to develop corrective action plans.
  • Support with managing monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process

Project Management (20%)

  • Lead projects, and activities within projects, related to Supply Chain Planning and related technology.
  • Ensure projects are carried out in line with the governance standards and delivered on time, to quality and within budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree with major in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management, especially in regional implementation of an advanced planning solution.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in regional supply chain role in a MNC environment.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with an advanced planning solution (Ex: SAP IBP, JDA, OMP, AnaPlan, Demand Solutions, Kinaxis, Logility, Oracle, FuturMaster, Quintiq etc)
  • Project Management and Lean Six Sigma certifications would be a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel and data analytics skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and effectively work in teams, is sensitive to other cultures and working styles.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage competing priorities and solve problems independently.
  • Ability to build relationships across the organization and all geographic regions.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and spoken; any other language is a plus as this incumbent is expected to communicate with stakeholders from countries in Asia Pacific and China region.
