Responsibilities
Responsible for the SELL-ON / OUT management and target achievement of retail stores under the direct selling mode in Shanghai.
For the company's guidance, support and individual countermeasure proposal & Implementation of retail store sales activities.
Responsible for the maintenance of existing sales network and new customer development in the region.
Fully grasp the operation status and inventory management of retail stores.
Market information collection, analysis & proposal. Family network training and guidance.
Requirements
University degree or above(Unlimited Majors)
Minimum 2 years' experience in relevant sales experience, strong communication skills.
Working experience in auto parts industry (tire industry is preferred).
Intermediate tire knowledge (fault analysis, etc.), intermediate sales knowledge (target management / drop benefit, etc.)
