Job Summary

Through the analysis of all kinds of sales data, it is not only the achievement of the total number but also the completion of the KPI set at the beginning of the year, and  to find the problem that should be improved, and finally help sales to achieve the strategic goal of the company.


  • The monthly sales data analysis, by channel (distributors, direct, OE), each the performance of KPI, and analysis the balance for all channel.
  • According to the sales team promotion plan, calculate the estimated cost, and get the best plan to promotion.
  • According to the company's strategic direction, complete OB / MTP data summary, and assist to complete TBR budget.
  • For the end user sales data, such as Alipay & Wechat promotion , in-depth analysis, then establishment of big data analysis system
  • Market intelligence capability improvement with sales team.


  • Bachelor degree, preferred major in science. 
  • At least 2 years of working experience. 
  • Business level skill of Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory
  • To complete his/her tasks by delivery data and set next goal and tasks
  • Ability to analyze and report by logical methodology
  • High level of understanding figure, fluent excel skill
  • High level of integrity, respect for others, persistence, and passion for success
  • Language proficiency: English is mandatory  (Japanese is acceptable)
