Job Summary

This job is to analyze external market situation and sales data of PSR/TBR and implement improvement proposals.


Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:


  • Analysis of sales operation by available data utilization
    To analyze REP sales situation in deep including by area, by channel on a weekly basis, clarify the gap with the plan and the cause of the difference together with related department.
  • Analysis of market situation by external data utilization
    To analyze vehicle and tire market situation in deep including vehicle trend, demand forecast and customer survey. Based on these analysis, propose strategy to be updated.
  • Support related departments to visualize cost and benefit of their activities

To evaluate the effects of the major measures implemented, regardless of the measures taken by the Biz Strategy Team, and make proposals for improvement.

  • Bachelor degree, preferred major in science. 
  • At least 3 years of working experience. 
  • Business level skill of Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory
  • High level of integrity, respect for others, persistence, and passion for success
  • To complete his/her tasks by delivery data and set next goal and tasks
  • Ability to analyze and report by logical methodology
  • Language proficiency: English is mandatory (Japanese are added advantage)
