BSCN-Business IT Manager

Job Summary

This position holds end-to-end responsibility for the business functions it supports, from identifying use case, recommending right technologies, developing solutions, leading the deployment and post project operations support.

Responsibilities

• IDENTIFY business operations needs or pain points, which DX technologies can potentially address.

Automation: To automate existing work processes to improve the quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Connectivity: To increase the connectivity between different part of operations internally or with external parties including customers, consumers etc.

Integration: Enhance the integration of business operations in the complex dynamics, to ensure the high quality decision-makings;

• Data capabilities:

To enhance the data capabilities throughout the whole cycle from data collection, storage, to analytics;

• RECOMMEND the right DX technologies to address the identified needs, supports Proof of Concepts for new business ideas/models; Influence the management decisions;
• Lead the DEVELOPMENT and DEPLOYMENT of DX solutions with internal or external resources.
• Day to day OPERATIONS support with optimal use of the current IT tools. Be accountable for the continuous improvement to the technologies.
• Design and recommend long-term IT system architecture for the business function it supports.
• Work as window person to business functions for other IT functional supports including Infrastructure support, enterprise solutions and COE support;

Requirements

• At least 7-10 years IT work experiences with a broad range of exposure to various technical environments;
• Minimum of 3+ years experiences in business partnering, such as sales, marketing, supply chain and finance;
• Strong business acumen; Strong passion to business and operations;
• Proficient communication skills, including English speaking and presentation;
• Strong curiosity to new IT technology applications;
• High level of integrity, respect for others, persistence, and passion for success
• Language proficiency: English is mandatory  (other language(s) are added advantage)
