Job Summary
Your primary responsibility as a sales representative (Truck & Bus Tires) is to manage sales account and development of new sales channel with a supporting role in the analysis of market situation for future.
You will be responsible for your sales in your area, with a strong focus on achieving company target.
Your responsibilities will cover a broad number of activities and will include in any event the following:
Responsibilities
- Work closely with your dealers for monthly tire ordering
- Liaise with BP(BP&Logistic) department for tire ordering
- Report to your team leader monthly for your dealers' tire sales
2. Management and development of dealer
- Work closely with your dealer account to meet sales target and increase profitable sales
- Provide support to your dealer account for store management, promotion, product and sales
- Manage your dealer account receivable
- Development of new dealers to increase potential sales
- Actively resolve issues and ensure timely communication customers
3. Analysis of sales and market situation
- Analysis of market situation such as market demand, competitors and customer requirement
- To support your team to set up company sales target and future base on above analysis
Global/Region/Local Initiatives
- Participate in Region conferences, and special projects, where required
- Prepare and submit reporting requirements and needs when required
Requirements
- Education Background: bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Career: New or less than 2 years of experience
- Area: Preferential treatment for applicants residing in Gyeongsang-do or Jeolla-do area
- High level of integrity, respect for others, persistence, and passion for success
- Must be Customer orientated
Skills
- IT skills: good level in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Others: Drive License (Necessary), Willing to travel frequently in Korea
- Language proficiency: English is mandatory (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
- Be able to resolve issues from multiple perspectives
- Have a sense of responsibility and ownership
