브리지스톤타이어세일즈코리아㈜ Sales Operation team 에서 물류 제반 업무파트에 소속되어 해당 업무를 담당하는 사무직 정직원을 채용합니다.

Responsibilities

  • 입/출고 및 재고 관리 

(Import, delivery and stock management) 

  • 국내 창고 및 운송 관리 

(Domestic warehouse and delivery management) 

  • 국내 딜러 관리 및 고객 상담 

(Domestic dealer management and customer counseling) 

  • 주기적 리포트 관리 

(Periodic report management & sharing) 

Key Areas

  • 수입 통관에서 배송 출고까지의 전반적인 물류프로세스를 관리하여, 고객에게 안정적으로 공급할 수 있도록 함. 

(From customs clearance to local delivery, handle overall logistics process in order to supply stably to customers)  

  • 창고 운영 등의 물류 시설을 관리하고, 필요한 경우 원활한 운영을 위해 적절한 조치를 취하도록 창고직원을 지도, 감독 

(To manage logistics facilities such as warehouse operation and supervise and conduct the warehouse staff members to management to take appropriate actions for smooth operation when necessary)  

  • 고객과의 관계 유지 및 제 3자 물류서비스 제공업체와의 일상적인 업무조정  

(Maintaining relationships with customers and daily work coordination with third party logistics service providers (3PL)) 

  • 합의된 서비스 수준에 따라 고객 주문 및 배송 실행 

(Execute customer orders & delivery according to agreed service level) 

  • 능동적으로 문제를 해결하고 고객과의 적시에 커뮤니케이션 

(Actively resolve issues and ensure timely communication with customers) 

  • 주기적 리포트 관리 및 공유 

(Periodic report management & sharing) 

  • 관리자가 할당한 기타 임시 물류 관리 업무수행 

(Other ad-hoc logistics admin duties assigned by the manager) 

Job Requirements

  • MS Office(주로 Excel) 경험자 

(MS Office experience) 

  • 커뮤니케이션 스킬이 높은 자 

(Good communication skills) 

  • 고객서비스 마인드 보유자 

(Have a customer service mind) 

  • 원만한 대인관계 보유자 

(Have a good interpersonal relationship) 

  • 책임감과 주인의식이 있는 자 

(Have a sense of responsibility and ownership) 

  • 영어가능자 우대 

(Preference of English skill)
