Job Summary
The position is fully responsible in handling activities purposely to improve production capacity (Capacity Gentan-I), along with analyzing and presenting the improving plan according to the annual budget.
Responsibilities
1. Production Capacity
• Research the operating time of the machine in order to make an improvement plan for production capacity.
• Analyze the period of the machine breakdown.
• Present the improvement plan for production capacity.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to enhance production capabilities.
• Prepare an annual production capacity review plan.
2. Manning and Machine Forecast
• Cooperate with the sales support and production planning team regarding annual and monthly production budget
• Generate and examine the production data to calculate manning and machine forecast
3. Production Cost
• Generate and examine the production data regarding Bridgestone’s tires
• Analyze the product lead time and summarize for planning annual budget
4. Material Handling Equipment Controlling
• Summarize the actual and usable equipment quantity
• Examine the material handling equipment
• Calculate the need of material handling equipment in order to plan an annual budget
5. Manufacturing Planning
• Draft the manufacturing planning for the new machine and machine that need to be improved
• Review the machine plan within the department
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields
• At least 2 or more years of working experience in industrial engineering or production technology field
• Be able to communicate in English. (TOEIC > 400 scores)
• Flexible with good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Good command in Computer Skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD)
• Good command in IE knowledge is preferable
