Manufacturing IT Engineer

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for designing and developing a production management information system for analysis and decision.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, monitor, manage database for the user’s demand inside the factory.
• Design, manage, set up, and solve problem organization Network
• Develop basic software by Microsoft Visual Studio for managing the database
• Analyze and point put the problem of the missing data of machine
• Coordinate for developing, setting up, designing, and solving the problem of the database with overseas
• Analyze and plan for working development
• Check and review the incoming machines, tools, and spare parts with the purchasing department that meet the requirement specification.
• Design and draw the draft of new machine installation by study the original draft and gathering technical information then ask the approval from the superior.
• Design the improvement of machine operation method to increase the productivity of the machine, safety in the production process, quality, and energy-saving.
• Estimate the price of task/project, issue the purchase order with specification, a working method to purchasing department, and also participate in the vendor or supplier selection.
• Control the vendor or supplier in the machine installation and others.
• Trial and monitor the safety of machine installation and do the modification or improvement to let the machine operation more effective.
• Do the manual and instructor of machine using and also review then provide to the production department.
• Follow up the machine after the installation and review the performance machine then provide the report to the superior and deliver the task to the preventive maintenance section.
• Take the construction work in part of electrical by plan and also monitoring the electrical system in the factory (in-door and out-door).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree of Computer Engineer, Information Technology Engineer, Automation or related. 
•  At least 1 year of working experience as a design engineer of electrical parts. (New graduated are welcome)
• Be able to communicate in English. (TOEIC scores: 400 up)
• Flexible with good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Excellent skill in Programing Skills (VB.net, C#, PL/SQL, etc.), Computer Skills (MS Excel, Powerpoint, AutoCAD)
• Have a skill in Database management (Oracle, SQL Server) is an advantage.
