Job Summary

Oversee, supervise and work on labor relations management, rules, regulations, values and ethics. Supervise the performance of employees to be comply with the company’s policy and regulation including identifying, analyzing, assessing various risks that will affect the company or its employees and report to the management on a regular basis.


Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in strategic planning and presentations for annual demand negotiations to achieve the company's goals.
  • Establish, review and update operational regulations/ policy and employee handbook which are including a manual on management, values, morals and ethics of employees on the Bridgestone Way as well as communicate to the relevant employees for their acknowledgment and thorough understanding
  • Follow up on compliance with company regulations and policies. Check and report the results to the management as well as performing corruption, malpractice, benefits prevention and conflicts of interest with the company
  • Communicate, publicize, campaign or train employees to gain knowledge about management understanding and work according to the guidelines that have been set
  • Be the widow person who providing, consultation, suggestion and answer questions to management or employees related to laws, regulations, administrative manuals and performance including notifying everyone in the event of a change in such matter.
  • Contact and coordinate with legal advisors on assigned issues and report the results to the supervisor
  • Supervise and perform work related to the labor union. According to the issues requested to help consider and be assigned by the supervisor
  • Organize group activities to maintain good relationship between the management and the labor union and employees together including with the community and outside society
  • Supervise and participate in the engagement survey with employees at all levels according to the planned schedule. Report and follow up on the problem of organization relationship issue to supervisors.
  • Take care of the development of communication systems and communication activities to create a better understanding to consistent understanding of employees within the organization
  • Recommend, give advice and develop subordinates to have knowledge and the ability
  • Develop knowledge, ability, and skills in working in both professional and technical by participating in the training Review of public media related to the tire industry Strengthen relationships in relevant industry networks, both personal and corporate.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor


Sub Job Responsibilities

  • Develop knowledge, competence and skills to perform both professional and technological tasks on a regular basis.
  • Analyzing and reviewing data on monthly job developments for creative planning
  • Study and research about the organization's good practice from other organizations, both public and private, to apply more appropriately.


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher of Laws / Human Resources Management or related fields.
  • 8 years of experience in Labor Relation Management, Labor Laws and Compliance
  • Be able to communicate in English. (TOEIC scores: 700 up)
  • Digital Mindset
