Responsibilities

This position is fully responsible in supervising management operations in order to comply with laws, regulations, and company policies. This includes training management and talent development to enhance career skills and advancements. 

 

Key Responsibilities
1.    Planning and Manpower Management
•    Gather the manpower requirements of each department and prepare a company manpower plan for approval.
•    Oversee manpower management and operations in hiring according to the company's plans and policies
•    Report the status of each department's headcount comparing to the workforce plan, including monthly summarize movements for executives and related parties 
•    Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition Department regarding employment requisition
•    Manage the organizational chart to be updated
2.    Career Advancement Management
•    Supervise the preparing of Job Descriptions to be updated
•    Supervise the process of assessing the employee probation to be in accordance with the criteria 
3.    Human Resources Development
•    Review and oversee the annual training plan during the year in accordance with the law, requirements, and company policies, along with preparing the training evaluation to collect the results for further improvement.
•    Supervise and ensure that the training is organized according to the training plan and company’s goals. 
4.    Performance Management
•    Summarize the results of performance evaluation of each department and present to the executives for review and approval
•    Support the information of employees’ performance to the affiliation manager as requested

5.    Employee Database Management
•    Manage employee database to be accurate and up to date
•    Supervise the operation of employee database system 

Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Political Science, or related fields
•    At least 8 years of working experience in HRD or HRM is preferred. 
•    Be able to communicate in English. (TOEIC > 500 scores)
•    Flexible with good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
•    Good command in leadership and presentation skills
•    Excellent in Computer Skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and etc.)
