Job Summary

The position is fully responsible in operating and coordinating in the human resources development plan of the company.


•    Survey training need and prepare annual, monthly training plan, including monitor the plan for any improvements.
•    Seeking for interesting training courses which fitted with work and is modern.
•    Assign training topic, which is essential for each position and standard, and prepare Training Matrix including monitor it to be appropriate and aligned with work. 
•    Responsible to follow and monitor OJT training for new position employee and new joiner.
•    Support training course preparation e.g., contact the trainer or guest speaker, prepare training materials. 
•    Responsible for sending the employees to join training outside the company. 
•    Prepare monthly training result. 
•    Record and monitor training attendance to be updated and correct. 
•    Prepare training evaluation to collect the results for further improvement.
•    Prepare information to inform public sector prior to the training and submit training course’s certified document to the Department of skill Development.
•    Keep and record related training report which certified by the Department of skill Development.
•    Submit the contribution form to the Department of skill Development.
•    Prepare precise annual training budget. 


•    Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Political Science, Law or related fields
•    At least 1-2 years of working experience in HRD or HRM is preferred. 
•    Be able to communicate in English. (TOEIC > 500 scores)
•    Flexible with good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
•    Excellent in Computer Skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and etc.)
