About the Role
Bridgestone are looking for a driven Engineer to join our Technical Field Service team at the Queensland State office in Murarrie, reporting to the Technical Field Service Manager.
In this role, you will:
- Provide Retail, Wholesale and Commercial departments with technical support.
- Monitor voice of customer (VOC) and warranty claim information to identify any possible product issues for new and re-treaded tyres.
- Work closely with consumer product testing to manage and conduct any necessary testing.
- Analyse survey results, developing an understanding of market requirements and support actions arising from survey findings.
About You
You’ll be a highly motivated professional who is committed to providing exceptional customer service.
Additionally, you’ll have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering
- Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated high-level written and oral communication skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships and communicate with a variety of stakeholders both internal and external
- Demonstrated tyre and/or mechanical knowledge is preferred but not essential
