Job Summary
This position is fully responsible for testing the ability of tires.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Able to drive cars according to the laws required
• Responsible for testing the tires performance and evaluating the ability of tires
• In charge of planning and preparing metrics for tire performance testing and evaluating
• Improve driving methods or test methods of testing and evaluating tire performance, as well as study new test methods
• Liaise with interest parties regarding tire performance testing and evaluation
• Prepare the test report and coordinate with the relevant team
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors
Sub Responsibilities
• Develop knowledge, ability, driving skills, and participate in both domestic and international training courses, along with reviewing public media related to the automotive industry
• Plan on operating the reservation system for the test field usage, as well as support the use of the test field for both internal and external activities of the company
• Conduct the documents related to the quality system
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of Engineering, Science, or related fields
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in tire performance assessment (New grads are also welcome)
- Be able to communicate in English. (TOEIC > 400 scores)
- Flexible with good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Basic knowledge regarding vehicle and tire knowledge
- Possess a driver’s license
