Job Summary

The position is fully responsible to 3 Key Responsibility areas as Talent Acquisition, Performance & Talent Management and Corporate Service.  This job incumbent is accountable for not only Thai Bridgestone 4GCs, but also all Bridgestone Group Company in Thailand. 

The job incumbent is responsible to lead and manage the team to achieve all job assignment under own responsible scope with continuous improvement and aligning with Bridgestone Regional Office Direction.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  1. Talent Acquisition
  • Create, direct, and maintain recruitment procedure aligning with Bridgestone Regional Office Guideline
  • Manage all recruitment process with Onboarding program efficiently
  • Activate and conduct Internship Program (Student Trainee)
  • Provide Shared Service coverage to Thai Bridgestone & TBSC Logistics
  • Represent SuccessFactor in Recruiting and Onboarding Module
  1. Performance & Talent Management
  • Conduct and efficient SuccessFactor in PMGM Module (PDS) align with Bridgestone Regional Office
  • Coordinate for Thai Bridgestone 4GCs achievement according to settle target 
  • Organize and efficient Annual Promotion Program with Rotation (Transfer/Assignment)
  • Conduct to complete Position Retire and Annual Retirement
  1. Corporate Service for Bridgestone Group in Thailand
  • Provide Corporate Service for Bridgestone Group Companies in Thailand
  • Facilitate for Bridgestone Group Companies’ communication via Group Meeting with both GC Leads and HR Leads             

Sub Job Responsibilities

  1. Meeting, Data & Report
  • Work with all Thai Bridgestone 4GCs’ HR for Monthly Meeting, Data updating and reporting
  • Coordinate for consolidating report required by Executive and Regional Head Office
  1. Expatriate relevant
  • Coordinate for Bridgestone Japan Expat Headcount plan and assignment in Thailand
  • Coordinate with regional HR for Performance Appraisal, C&D Interview program for all Bridgestone Japan Expat

Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor / Master Degree of Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any related field
  • Professional experience : 10 years experiences with Management experiences 3-5 years
  • Language proficiency : English both written and spoken, other language(s) are added advantage
  • Computer literacy especially Office program.
  • Strong communication and Good coordination skill
  • Knowledge on Human Resource Management & Development and Labor Law
