TBSC-FP&A Senior Officer

Job Summary

Collect and analyze both quantitative and qualitative information of sales and operating expenses aspects of a company support the Management’s planning, decision making and evaluate the company’s current situation along with company’s goals and to map out future plans.

Responsibilities

1. Consolidation, Financial Forecast and Budget Preparation

• Collect and review proposed budget submissions especially revenue and operating expenses from all departments for accuracy and completeness.

• Participate to plan and prepare the consolidated original budget and forecast and propose to the management for consideration and approval.

• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue and operating expenses to forecast the company performance in the future.

• Perform P&L by business product code / by category and prepare the working file for the system upload including RHO templates.

• Simulate forecast on balance sheet/ cash flow.

• Prepare TB excel template and additional requirement templates for GCs

• Perform monthly sales variance

• Prepare template for updating J-Expats incomes and compute personal income tax for J-Expats

2. Other Responsibilities / Activities

• Participate in stock counting during year and year-end inventory stocks with related persons.

• Calculate of all risk insurance for renewal

• Support RHO team if there are questions or requests

• Prepare the material for the meetings

• Drive system and process improvements to enable efficient budget / forecast process.

• Strengthen relationship with Thai Bridgestone and Group Companies & support them if there are questions or requests

• Perform other duties as assigned by section manager

• Participate in Region conferences, and special projects, where required

• Prepare and submit reporting requirements and needs when required

Requirements

·       Male or female of age 27-35 years old

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics

·       Good command of written and spoken English (TOEIC score of 700 or above is preferable)

·       At least 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis / Financial Consolidation/ Audit background / Accounting field

·       Knowledge of IFRS, TFRS, Tax regulation must be advantage

·       Have interpersonal, communication skill, analytical thinking, able to work under time constrains, handle well under pressure

·       Have enthusiasm for demand from management

·       Advanced MS Office skills is required especially on Excel

·       Backgrounds from manufacturing business are advantage
