Responsibilities
- Present the annual work plan / MTP work plan of projects and social responsibility activities.
- Participate in projects and social responsibility activities according to the approved plan
- Contact and coordinate to build a good relationship with internal and external departments
- Summarize, analyze and improve work results as well as conduct the report of the work results according to activities / monthly/quarterly and yearly
- Collect the project information/ budget details in the implementation of the Company's social responsibility projects/activities
- Work with corporate communications department for communicating social responsibility projects/activities both internal and external communication according to the plans that have been set
- Able to travel to work in different areas and perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Journalism, Communication Arts, Arts or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in Social Responsibility Function
- Be able to communicate in English. (TOEIC scores: 700 up)
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Photoshop)
