Job Summary

Responsible for operating the Company's personnel training and development to have knowledge, abilities and skills suitable for the position

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the preparation of the Training course plan
  • Participated in organizing the orientation training for new employees
  • Participate in training and provide tools to develop knowledge and leadership skills (Leadership).
  • Participate in training sessions and provide development tools to promote and stimulate learning about Bridgestone Essence.
  • Publicize information about training, seminars or learning courses that are interesting, useful and consistent with the skills of each job position
  • Study related external training courses information as well as participate in the audit and analysis of the speakers' abilities, as well as provide internal training of the company as needed
  • Prepare training reports along with a report on the results of the training that has been assigned and inform relevant parties to improve and develop training in the future.
  • Survey the training need of employees at each job level of the company to be appropriate in accordance with the company's policy, mission and vision and report the results to supervisors
  • Co-plan and develop the employee with individual courses as needed for training (Individual Development Plan) or as specified by supervisors that should be developed in the company
  • Follow up and receive feedback from those who attended the training as well as apply the results to improve curriculum development
  • Prepare information for the implementation of the talent development system (Talents) and succession as assigned.
  • Present information to prepare the annual budget to supervisors together with the preparation of expenses related to training develop and plan career development and present to the management for approval
  • Design and improve various forms related to training and development tasks, including communicating and explaining the instruction
  • Contact and coordinate training and development of group companies’ employee as assigned
  • Development and maintenance of HR Training Software
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

 Sub Job Responsibilities

  •  Study and find information on Training and Talent development through new approaches or methods that has been modified by applying technology
  • Study the work and apply it to the Technology to make the work faster and more accurate
  • Prepare monthly performance reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Training and Talent Development (New graduated are welcome)
  • Be able to communicate in English. (TOEIC scores: 700 up)
  • Multimedia creation skills
  • Tech Savvy People
  • High Learning Agility
