Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Compensation & Benefits:
• Develop and implement compensation strategies including salary structure to ensure the competitiveness, fairness, and aligned with the organization's goals and budget.
• Continuously reviewing and enhancing compensation and benefits to improve employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention while driving overall business success.
• Oversee the job evaluation and grading processes, ensuring consistency and equity across the organization.
• Manage annual compensation reviews, including salary benchmarking, market analysis, and merit increases.
• Design and manage variable pay programs such as bonuses, incentives, and commissions that align with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with local and international compensation regulations and best practices.
2. Payroll:
• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, ensuring correct calculations for salaries, bonuses, overtime, and deductions.
• Ensure payroll practices are compliant with relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and benefits policies, staying up-to-date on legal changes affecting payroll.
• Oversee and manage the payroll system, ensuring smooth operation and system enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency.
3. Local HRIS:
• Lead the development and execution of the HRIS strategy, ensuring alignment with HR and organizational goals.
• Develop long-term plans for HRIS enhancement, ensuring continuous improvement of processes and alignment with evolving business needs.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, system security, and proper functionality across all modules (payroll, benefits, employee data, etc.).
• Manage regular system upgrades and releases, ensuring minimal disruption and smooth implementation.
• Ensure accurate data entry and management in the HRIS, including employee records, compensation, and benefits data.
• Develop and deliver custom HR reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making for HR leadership.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance HRIS processes to improve operational efficiency and the user experience for HR staff and employees.
• Identify and implement best practices for system usage, ensuring HR processes are streamlined and aligned with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate HR workflows and integrate HRIS with other enterprise systems, such as Finance and IT.
• Lead HRIS-related projects, such as system implementations, upgrades, or process transformations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with various teams, including HR 3 Group Companies (3GCs) IT and external vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, while identifying and mitigating risks.
4. Welfare & Benefits Administration:
• Design, implement, and manage employee welfare programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other benefits.
• Ensure that all welfare and benefits programs are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with employee needs and company objectives.
• Monitor and analyze benefit program utilization and trends, making recommendations for improvements and cost savings.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, including benefits providers, consultants, and brokers.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 3–5 years in compensation & benefits or total rewards management.
- Prior experience in a leadership or managerial C&B role.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing C&B strategies and programs.
