Job Summary

- To manage MIS to the related functions of Human Resources Department
- To provide accurate, relevant, and timely information about human resources in speed up HR decision-making process, and reduce HR operational costs, while upgrading performance and service


- Implement and manage MIS solutions or tools for the related functions under Human Resources Department
- Oversee and maintains optimal function of the HRIS, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommend and implement solutions.
- Manage permission to access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
- Programs the customed functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
- Ensure the accuracy of data entry and compile or assist with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and HR staff.
- Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.
- Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.
- Performs other duties as required.


- Bachelors degree in Statistics, Information System, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
- At least 3-5 years of related experience in HRIS

Specific Knowledge
- Well-versed with HR principles and practices, in order to understand all of the functions of the HRIS
- HRIS ERP experience will be advantage
- Digitization project
