Position Objective

As the professional business partnering, Section Manager(GA, Safety, Building Maintenance, Workplace Management, Statutory Compliance, Import-Export, Purchasing and Contractual Management) will partner successfully with company's management teams and General Manager of HR&GA in executing GA and internal operation strategy and deliverable. The Section Manager acts professionally and proactively for effective operation management, organization structure, culture, workforce, characteristic of job and environmental to support business growth and sustainability.

Responsibilities
  • Build policy, mid-term plan and yearly plan then let subordinates understand it. Follow up closely in order to achieve target.
  • Ensure the strategy and execution plan has been successfully implemented.
  • Ensure execution of daily operation with sense of ownership as a business partner of Organization's Management Team.
  • Support and work with Organization's Management Team to understand current and future business goals and initiatives
  • Proactively engage with Organization's Management Team through workforce planning/controlling/organizing/developing
  • Organize and plan working of the team, strategy execution, budget and administration
  • Design, deliver, evaluate and improve all activities that will identify talent and leadership
  • Conduct, monitor, teach, mentor and coach staffs to be professional HRGA
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years experience in E2E HR&GA areas (GA, Safety, Building Maintenance, Workplace Management, Statutory Compliance, Import-Export, Purchasing and Contractual Management) Proven ability to manage the team.
Skills
  • High proficiency in English (TOEIC score: over 850)
  • Very Good at communication skill
  • Very Good at presentation skill
  • Good at Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strategic planning, policy planning and execution
  • Problem solving skill
  • Leadership to communicate with Organization's Management Team and Employees
  • Customer focus attitude, creativity, team work spirit, continuous improvement mind and decisive action after thorough planning
