Job Summary

Manufacturing Education Center(MEC) will co-ordinate our activities among plants in CAP (China-Asia Pacific) Region, also deploy and support plants to conduct production staffs development and trainings based on Global-MEC system.


1) To visualize MEC KPIs and MEC activities: collecting information (KPIs, Activity) through communicating with Plant MEC team

2) To analyze relationship between KPIs (result KPIs- process KPIs- Activities): work with other function e.g. IE, Process Engineering, Engineering dept. to compare MEC KPIs with other KPIs

3) To share best practices (visualizing plant MEC activities): to understand commonality/differences

4) To support plant MEC activity through coordinating with G-MEC (Global MEC) to support and/or internal-CAP, support to summarize plant MEC common activities (Global Standard Programs) to coordinate with G-MEC for instructor assesment, audit, training material update, etc.


  1. At least 3 years working experience in the field that relate to production/manufacturing
  2. Experienced in any of following; Training/Education, Data analysis, KPI Management, PMO, Promoting "Kaizen"  in manufacturing company
  3. Preferred education in Engineering degree or equivalent
  4. Good presentation skills, co-ordination skills and confident in dealing with people from various functions/positions/countries
  5. Have interest in people development and training activity


  1. Intermediate knowledge of production in any industry
  2. Basic knowledge of training and development activity
  3. High proficiency in English,  TOEIC score: over 600 
  4. Intermediate level of PC application literacy such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
