Responsibilities

The position is fully responsible in talent acquisition fields in Thai Bridgestone and other group companies, along with initiate employer branding campaign. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead employer branding initiatives
  • Provide media to publicize job vacancies, as well as, create content and communicate to applicants both internally and externally
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Lead the interview and selection procedures, including resume screening, phone call interviews, assessments and in-person interviews to meet the basic and specified qualifications
  • Prepare employment approval documents and employment contracts and present them to management, as well as explaining the employment contract, work regulations, and related welfare to the new hires
  • Prepare applicants to a physical examination with the hospital provided by the company, along with providing welcome kits to employees on the date of orientation or the first day of work  
  • Check new hire employee's information and record it in the database system.
  • Responsible for carrying out the evaluation of the performance during the probation period of new employees to be recruited as permanent employees, as well as, preparing documents for presentation to the management for approval
  • Initiate and improve various forms related to recruiting and hiring 
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Oversee Bridgestone Thailand Careers Facebook by creating contents regarding job vacancies and employer branding, along with initiate activities and creative promoting artwork
  • Present information to prepare the annual budget and expenses related to recruiting work to supervisors
  • Prepare a report on the progress of recruiting and notify the concerned parties from time to time
  • Manage all job applicants' information in the HRIS system
  • Compile and produce a monthly summary report of work and deliver to the supervisor
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisors  

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree of Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related fields
  • Proven 1-5 years working experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role (New grads are also welcome)
  • Advanced English skills both written and spoken (Toeic > 870), other language(s) are added advantage
  • Advanced Computer literacy skills, especially MS Office program
  • Strong communication and Good coordination skill
  • Knowledge on Human Resource Management & Development and Labor Law
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g. SuccessFactors)
