Responsibilities

  1. Talent Management System Development      
  • Support to develop and execute leadership development programs and assessment center.
  • Support to develop and drive talent management initiatives and ensure consistent execution.
  • Oversee integration of talent management with others HR functions ex. performance management, employee acquisition etc.
  1. Corporate Philosophy Enhancement 
  • Enhance BS Essence framework and BSCAP expected behavior (TRACE) through any learning approaches.
  • Monitor the understanding of corporate philosophy and practices in daily work and plan for consistency upon needs.
  1. Learning and Development
  • Assist in planning and formulating organization-wide learning and development strategies to ensure all employees are adequately learned to achieve organizational goals.
  • Review, analyze and improve learning and development strategy and practices in order to ensure effectiveness.
  • Develop fundamentals of training and development such as competency structure, training record system, training roadmap, training plan and budget.
  1. Shared Service to 4 Group Companies of Thai Bridgestone Group for Employee Training and Development
  • Prepare information used for communication with top management, HR of each group companies to find opportunity to provide shared service in employee training and development
  • Coordinate with each group companies to provide shared service in employee training and development
  • Plan to establish shared service in training and development and ensure needs are aligned with each group companies

Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor / Master Degree of Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Professional experience : over 8 years experiences in HRD, organization development, talent management, learning and development management / Management experiences for 3-5 years
  • Language proficiency : English both written and spoken, other language(s) are added advantage (TOEIC 600 Scores or higher)
  • Computer literacy especially Office program.
  • Strong communication and Good coordination skill
  • Knowledge on Human Resource Management & Development and Labor Law
