Responsibilities
The position is fully responsible in preparing data, calculating salary and welfare, examining, and collecting information to present to the supervisor. This includes the preparation and maintenance of the company's human resources database.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare relevant documents for remuneration and welfare management, including preparing salaries/wages for all employee levels by collecting timesheet data, salary rate, deduction items to do some calculations and handle to the supervisor for further review and approval.
• Maintain and revise documents, reports, and files related to compensation and welfare management
• Prepare documents for disbursement of employees’ salary and cooperate with the bank for remuneration transferring.
• Summarize the income tax reports of employees and monthly submit to the Revenue Department
• Inform updated information regarding personal income tax information and income tax deductions to the employees
• Gather information regarding personal income tax of the employees, including updating and correcting employee information related to changes in employee status
• Collect data on salary and wage payments for each payment period to collect salary data
• Oversee the Social Security Deduction Items, including preparing a report on contributions to the Social Security Fund and monthly submitting checks to the Social Security Fund
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisors
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree of Social Science or related.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in Payroll and Welfare functions.
• Good communication in both spoken and written in English (Toeic 500 up)
• Knowledge of legislation and payroll regulation and experience in Shared Service is a plus
• Strong interpersonal communication, persuasion, and creative problem-solving skill
• Excellent skill in Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
