The position is fully responsible in supporting labor relation, internal communication, and coordinating between managing department and labor relation.

Key Responsibilities
•    Develop work regulations according to the policy and employee handbook to be aligned with labor laws, along with internally communicate to the employee
•    Coordinate the activities that enhance labor relations within the organization to the employees and labor unions, include joining the external activities with the communities and customers
•    Give advice and suggestion to the employee who encounter and need assistance in terms of labor relation, work regulation, and company’s welfare
•    Cooperate and schedule a monthly meeting with labor relations according to the plan
•    Prepare a request letter asking for a labor union director, take notes from labor relation meeting, and help to solve problems discussed in the meeting
•    Perform various activities of the labor union committee that seeks permission through the company and develop the records of labor union committees to be up-to-date when there is a change
•    Announce the internal communication related to the employee and organization
•    Contact and coordinate with legal advisors on assigned issues and report the results to the supervisor
•    Present information to prepare the annual budget to supervisors and prepare expenses related to labor relations promotion activities and present them to the management for approval
•    Other tasks assigned by the supervisors


•    Bachelor’s degree of Social Science or related.  
•    At least 2-5 years of working experience in labor relation field. 
•    Good communication in both spoken and written in English (Toeic 700 up)
•    Good in data analytics, develop solutions based on facts/data and data visualize for customer
•    Comfortable working in high pressure condition
•    Strong interpersonal communication, persuasion, and creative problem-solving skill
•    Good understanding In Office 360 programs
•    Project driving & managing
