Job Summary

The position is fully responsible in analyze and develop HRIS with external party. Also maintain various databases related to personnel to be accurate and updated as well as determining the conditions of the HRIS system to meet the needs of users including analyzing and fixing system problems, provide training and consultation to users and suggesting ways to develop and improve the system.

Responsibilities

•    Support system users as well as participating in the operation planning, designing, and developing HRIS systems. 
•    Supervise the use of HRIS system, determine the right of users according to the license function.
•    Responsible for personnel database in HRIS system. 
•    Gather information on user requirements to design and develop suitable HRIS functions by coordinating with relevant parties.
•    Define, modify, and update system requirements to comply with company requirements.
•    Prepare reports on personnel information through the HRIS work system and deliver reports to the concerned parties as assigned.
•    Prepare backup system as well as following up and coordinating program upgrades If there is a change in conditions from government agencies, such as the reduction of personal income tax from the Revenue Department.
•    Check the system user information and update the list of users who have access to the program.
•    Provide training and advice on how to use the HRIS system and answer inquiries regarding the system to support users.
•    Coordinate and notify system users if there is system down or error.
•    Continuously report the progress of the program to related parties.
•    Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor. 
•    Seeking new technology knowledge and apply it to make the work faster and more accurate.
•    Prepare a monthly progress report.

Requirements

•    Bachelor's degree in business computer, Information Technology, or related field. 
•    At least 2-5 years of working experience in administration and development of personnel information systems, Compensation and Welfare Management. 
•    Be able to communicate in English. (TOEIC > 500 scores)
•    Flexible with good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
•    Excellent in Computer Skills.
