About the role

The Commercial Account Manager, based at our Kewdale office, is responsible for providing value to our customers, achieving sales budgets and developing relationships. This role identifies and provides solutions for customer requirements, providing superior service delivery through developed multi-tier relationships both internally and externally. In this role you will use various methods to assist customers including on-site inspections, analysing reports and providing product and maintenance recommendations, identifying new business needs from within our existing customer base and securing new business opportunities.


You should be able to demonstrate credible, robust sales experience and the talent and tenacity we need to drive growth.  This includes being able to demonstrate your customer centric approach to Account Management and why this is important to a business.

  • Strong selling and negotiation skills
  • Great problem solver with a proactive and analytical approach
  • The ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Capability to embrace and promote new technology
  • The ability to recognise, develop and secure growth within the existing customer base
  • Effective relationship management focusing on creating and sustaining multi-tier relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation and time management skills
