Job Summary

Purchasing buyer’s responsibility is to conduct purchasing activities starting from offering, negotiation, and delivery to ensure fulfillment of goods in timely manner.

Responsibilities

  1. Receive purchase request from all departments
  2. Create inquiry to suppliers to obtain proposal
  3. Create price comparison
  4. Negotiate with suppliers to get the required goods with competitive price
  5. Payment to suppliers
  6. Administrative tasks (create PR, PO, GR, and payment voucher)

Requirements

  1. S1 or D3 in Accounting / Management / Engineering / any related field
  2. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  3. Familiar with SAP software 
  4. Good English communication skill (verbal & written)
  5. Good Ms. Office proficiency
  6. Able to create business letter would be an advantage
