Consumer Sales & Retail Development Staff

Job Summary

Responsible for respective area sales of Bridgestone One Stop Service, Toko Model, General Shop & developing family channelto achieve sales target.

Responsibilities

• Support data preparation and administrative task
• Support Family Channel on execute indirect sales activities
• Monitor, analyze & report achievement in monthly basis
• Communicating of policies, marketing program & product to Family Channel to ensure the shop is up to date
• Analyze & propose improvement plan to Family Channel
• Monitor & analyze the market information (trend, competitor, etc.)
• Monitor & maintain daily operation of Family Channel

Requirements

• Bachelor degree majoring in Management/Economic/Technical, etc.
• 2 – 3 years experience in sales representative
• Good English Proficiency both verbal and written
• Having computer literacy (especially Excel skill)
• Good communication skill, leadership skills and strong responsibility mind-set to improvement 
• Understand business process in automotive or tire manufacturing
