Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to deploy plan of replacement market sales for Commercial Tire. This includes planning of sales initiatives, and directly leading and managing the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to meet the company targets regarding growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Sales management
- Channel and key account management including dealer, wholesaler, distributor, fleet and OEM manufacturer.
- Develop sales strategy from market analysis to implementation.
- Build annual and mid-term commercial business and strategy.
- Co-work with product department to counter VOC/VOD and product plan.
- Developing B2B/B2C solution business.
- Manage inventory and consolidating import and supply management.
- Manage department P&L and budget.
Regional cooperation
- Co-working and communicating with Regional HQ for regional sales and projects.
Transversal Responsibility
- All business decisions and actions must serve and be in line with the Group’s Essence, principles & values, TRACE, and our way to serve the community
Requirements
Educational background:
- Bachelor degree or above in business field.
Working Experience:
- At least 12 years of relevant working experience. In automotive related field will be a plus.
- People management: at least 5 years of people managerial experience.
- Strong experience in sales field and channel management.
- Experience in negotiation with key accounts.
- Adequate business acumen and understanding of market situation.
- Solid ability to lead and motivate staff to achieve and attain higher order outcomes.
- Results oriented and strong team player.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong integrity and positive personality.
- Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English and Mandarin (TOEIC: 750 is required).
