Job Summary

The role for this position requires being responsible for the maintenance of machinery/equipment and supporting smooth daily production by developing reliable SOPs/maintenance plans.

• Maintenance and management of mechanical equipment

• Reviewing mechanical drawings and layouts

• Budgeting and spare parts management for equipment

• Setting annual goals and personnel performance management

• Project management and evaluation of new machinery

• Cooperating with group missions and implementations.

這個職缺的角色，需要負責維修機台/設備之職責，並透過制定可靠的SOP/維護計劃來支援日常生產能夠順暢進行。

• 機械設備維護及管理

• 審核機械製圖與佈局

• 設備預算編列及備品管理

• 訂定年度目標及人員績效管理

• 專案管理及新機台評估

• 配合集團任務執行及導入

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of 12 or more people.

• 管理12人以上團隊。

Requirements

• Having a relevant mechanical engineering degree is necessary.

• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position.

• 具有機械工程相關科系是必要的。

• 至少有管理職經驗3年以上。

Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

• Familiarity with Excel & Word & other office software.

• Having a TOEIC score of 500 or above is preferred. Chinese is necessary.

• Other skills: Demonstrates sincere and responsible collaborative abilities, as well as excellent communication skills.

• 熟悉Auto CAD。

• 熟悉Excel&Word 等文書軟體。

• 具備多益500分以上尤佳，中文是必須的。

• 其他技能:真誠負責的合作能力，良好的溝通能力。
