Job Summary

The position is fully responsible for the manager assisting to implement all HR functions including but not limited TA, C&B, Total Rewards and L&D, as well as HR Regional projects.

Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition:
Lead strategic sourcing and effective recruitment, onboarding and orientation programs.
Design, plan and execute employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.
2. Total rewards:
Implement strategic C&B programs, total rewards, variable pay bonus programs from end to end.
Design, plan and conduct employee recognition programs (short term, long-term, retention rewards, wellness/health and well-being) align to the organization strategic and business objectives.

Monitor all C&B tasks and processes, HR database.
Review, standardize, develop and communicate policies related to total rewards.
Handling routine and ad-hoc report, analysis.
3. Talent management:
Talent evaluation and track status of career development, CD&D progress.

Assist HRM in talent review, job evaluation and job grade, career roadmap, career pathways, job levelling and salary structure.
Performance management: Assist HRM to implement full cycle of performance development system; Conduct annual promotion, rotation, cross boarding aligns with policy.
4. Learning & Development:
Assist HRM to design and implement training programs, E-Learning SF and other regional trainings.

Conduct training research and best practices to improve training programs and create new initiatives.
Handling training reports as assignment
5. HR planning & operations:
Plan and monitor HR budget annually.
6. Others:

Regional/local projects when required.
Ensure human rights and employee privacy at the workplace.
Ensure compliance in labor practices, maintain and develop DE&I, affirmative actions in equal employment
opportunity.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources
  • Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in the same scope as leading people role.
  • Technical knowledge and hands on experience in total rewards at MNCs.
  • Able to work under high pressure and dynamic environment.
  • High level of integrity, respect for others, persistence, and passion for success
  • Language proficiency: Vietnamese & English is mandatory.

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications. Advance skills in Excel is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and detailed oriented, learning agility.
