Job Summary

- Oversee the day-to-day activities of ensuring timely and accurate product deliveries to customers. 
- Work with our 3PL team, CS team to successfully deliver our large array of products to our customers
- Continuously look for ways to improve the delivery experience and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

1. PLANNING:
- Yearly Action Plan for Outbound team activities
- Review KPI of 3PL & improvement plan

2. PROCEDURE CREATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF INBOUND LOGISTICS PROCEDURES
- Develop and implement process improvements
- Ensure processes/procedures meet J-SOX requirements and suggestion.
- Create manual, guideline for all inbound logistics processes/ procedures for internal use and training purpose.
- Place key roles on SAP implementation and customization (Supply chain module) to improve operation productivity & internal control 

3. OPERATION
- Manage 3PL performance metrics on monthly basis
- Analysis report to Regional (including cost calculation): Cost to serve, On Time In Full, Safety (report to Regional)
- Continuously drive cost optimization, on time delivery, and customer satisfaction
- Partner with key stakeholders including 3PL, Accounting, Customer service, and Sales

4. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- People development and Job assignment to team members;
- Coaching, set KPI and review performance

 

Requirements

1. Education: University Graduated
2. Experience:
- Minimum 05 years of working in logistics within the B2B corporate environment with a comprehensive knowledge of logistics processes and procedures.
- Strong IT systems knowledge and skills including knowledge and understanding ERP system and customer data systems.
- Knowledge of lean techniques may be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Accounting and Finance, basic legal.

- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to analyze and manipulate technical and complex data and provide meaningful information.
- Multi-task skills.
- Problem sensity: Ability to gauge and access the situation when a potential problem arises.
