Job Summary

This position is responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives. Uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning lead with extending the company measured awareness, share of voice and preference by delivering strategically sound and tactically superior “self-correcting” communications to targeted markets using all available and appropriate media

Further overall responsibilities include developing, implementing, measuring and improving country campaigns targeted at key decision makers, influencers and partners in order to contribute to the company’s commercial objectives.


  • Initiate, define, plan, communicate and follow up company’s business strategy in order to ensure company’s short & long-term viability, profitability and market share.
  • To proactively address high potential audience with right message thru efficient distribution channels, customers in order to help others to increase their own ROI.
  • To work closely with country FM lead, local PR firm, advertising agency to build up and deploy good marketing & PR plan with increase earned media year on year; maintain and expand share of voice with times higher than the nearest competitor.
  • To integrate, implement, and help to improve Marketing processes locally (such as Strategy, Operations, Web Programs, Brand Migration, Communications, Media relations, Press/Industry Analyst relations, Direct customer acquisition and retention, Events, Channel marketing) while ensuring seamless alignment with local business priorities.
  • In teamwork with Regional Strategic Marketing; Develop and implement an integrated local tactical marcom plan based on strategic guidance and local market needs in order to boost sales.
  • To develop, manage and execute the integrated communication plan (one and three-year plan), prepare and control annual budget.
  • Team leading: Leading and coaching team members with fully accountability on implementing goal settings, team’s KPIs; taking role/contributing in company activities: training, internal activities and company business events.
  • Building up and follow up KPIs of team.


  • University Degree in Business school (or other similar Marketing Education)

  • At least 7 years experience in Marketing and/or at least 5 years in Communications; in which at least 2 years’ experience in leading role.

  • Passionate to build up the company brand image for business objectives.

  • Well understand audience on mass/ specific and segmentation communication.

  • Good relationship & network with Press, Agency and External Supporters.

  • Experienced in leading the crisis management, risk management.

  • Interested in consumer products and solutions.

  • Willing to work in a multifunction team and able to work with other global teams

  • Open to change and must embrace the concept of continuous improvement


  • Excellent writing skills, experienced in working & managing the agency both PR & communication.
  • Understanding of multi –culture markets with various business models

  • Customer insights/Lead management/ KPIs oriented.

  • Good written and spoken English

  • Strong interpersonal and social skills resulting in the ability to guide and inspire teams
