Job Summary

  • Support on pricing includes pricing analysis, TPL/ASP submission, price proposal and price list renew, market price survey
  • Support on Sales Periodically Reports, Sales Forecast Accuracy, and almost data analysis about customer, channel, products
  • Support on Regional meeting includes GOM, OPCOMS, etc., lead by Operation


    • Support on data pricing & profitability analysis
    • Manage price process
    • Support on TPL/ASP submission
    • Update market price movement
    • Assist to re-structure and review sell-in price
    • Process to propose new listed price and periodically renew price list.
    • Manage master data
    • Support on decision making for price strategy.
  • Budget & Forecasting:
    • Support on budgeting(OB/DSS MTP)
    • Connect Sales to measure sales forecast accuracy
    • Support on sales forecast accuracy by SKUM analysis
    • To be alligned with Regional Mid Term Plan and company DSS and sales forecast as well as improving monthly sales forecast accuracy.
    • Monthly sales reports
    • Support on Regional meeting (GOM/OPCOMS...)
    • Account/ Area Management Reports
    • Account activation & movements.
    • To be updated timely, accuracy sales data, sales report and analysis
    • Web-Order Management.
    • Connect sales reporting with CS for sales support.
    • Assigned Ad-hoc
    • To ensure that sales order is placed & updated with the signed documents/ confirmation from customers.


  • At least a BA degree
  • 4 years experience in the sales administration, sales supports, sales analysis
  • Project leading skills
  • Time management
  • Leadership
  • Computer skilss/ analysis skills
  • Logical ability
  • The ability is proactive and team work with high responsibility
  • Fluent in English language as you are required to work with Regional HQ in Singapore.
