Job Summary
- Input new capability of FMC Retail Operation Standardization & Mornitoring
- Retail enhancement, including shop operation & incentive programs with clear KSF and ROI
- Visualization on market mapping and business development
- Input capability of Non-tire areas
Responsibilities
1. Retail Operation standardization (40%)
- Retail shop partners operation process development & monitoring
- Scorecard and key KPI build-up for retail capability enhancement
- Deployment on trainings and daily operation coaching of key shops
2. Retail business development (30%)
- Retail Shop owner insights & shoppers behaviors seeking
- Incentive programs development for retail improvement
- Key retail business result management & responsibleness
- Store partnership deployment for business alliance expansion.
3. Retail Network development (20% - By progress to become bigger area)
- Market landscape visualization and demand emergence capture
- Channel network expansion
- Solution seeking for systemized progress of shop partners.
4. Reports & Ad-hoc CFT projects (10%)
Requirements
1. Education: BA, prefer Economics/Business/Trade major
2. Experience:
+ Express maintenance and light automotive mechanics knowledge (Mandatory)
+ Experienced in training and project execution
+ Sales and Marketing or related functions (Plus)
+ Able to travel, on field working with outdoor conditions
Skills
- Language: Strong at communication and presentation in both Vietnamese and English (Mandatory)
- English: Fluent English Speaking and writing
- Good at negotiation and organization skill
- Others: Willing to go for business trip and work under pressure
