Job Summary

Job purpose:
 - Expand present of Bridgestone’s (BS) share thru achievements of Consumer or Commercial OE sales targets with enhancing the profitability and deliver company targets.
- Contribute replacement sales by enhancing OE-REP tie in sales thru car dealer and truck dealer channel.
- Promote and implement SEQCDDG (Safety Environment Quality Cost Delivery Development Global).

Responsibilities

1. PLANNING & BUDGETING
- Create of Commercial or Consumer OE sales plan with guiding of supervisor.
- Study and prepare demand, sales & share and budget of Commercial or Consumer OE to reflect in MTP.
- Implement the action plan to achieve Commercial or Consumer OE sales target.

2. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Approach the new projects of OEM and maintain current one.
- Search and collect the info of OEM.
- Analyze data and make the approaching proposal.
- Work with regional head office (BSCAP), TC, BSJ, GC and Plant to have concrete proposal with TPL approval, spec diversion, impact check sheet, Marushi, etc.
- Prepare the offering quotation with price analyzing.
- Negotiate the price, services, delivery, payment terms and prepare the contract with OEM.
- Study & propose sales schemes and promotions for car/truck dealer (If required)

3. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Get & follow up the order, forecast, delivery, AR of OEM and car/truck dealer.
- Solve the claims and respond to OEM's requirements.
- Prepare the auditing materials and accompany OEM to audit factory and warehouse.
- Conduct the collaboration activities with OEM: promotions, events, after sales services.
- Work closely with OEM to exchange & update info, promote new products with advantages
- Maintain good relationship with OEM PIC.
- Place sales order in monthly based on the OEM forecast and stock.
- Review and negotiate the price adjustment periodically for each OEM.

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor degree - Tires or automobiles background is preferred.
2. Experience: 2 years of experience in the tires or automobiles industrial.
3. Language: Fluent in English and Vietnamese

Skills

 - Have knowledge of tires or automobiles is needed.
- Logical thinking with analysis & report.
- Possess good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Good as negotiation, problem solving & customer handling.
- Have experience of B2B (OEM) will have added advantageous.
- Able to work independently & proactively and come out with solution mind and attitudes.
