Job Summary
- Managing the assigned projects (Count survey) and execute Fleet Approach programs
- Managing territory (Technical aspect) and implementing Tech common works like survey, field test, claim handling, training...
- Coordinate with sale in fleet approach / sale support to drive sales
Responsibilities
1. Market Survey
- ImpIement count survey in target segments (PSR/ LUV/ LSR/ TB...)
- Supervising the survey implementation, control quality & secure lead-time of project
- Fulfill 100% expectations of stakeholders as aligned in advance
2. Commercial Fleet Approach
- Implement Tech fleet approach following approved scheme to activate new fleets; monitoring product performance & make evaluation
- Collaborate with Commercial Sales to drive sales and chase goals (churn rate, new fleet accquisition, fleet sale...)
- Contribute to enhance fleet approach activities: market profile, toolkit, process…
3. Common Works & Territory Management
- Implement Tech common works in territory in charge: survey, field / monitoring test, claim handling , training...
- Market information updates: product / NPI, customer, competitor
- Provide efficient technical services for OTR / OE sale support (as request)
- Other assignments from company / supervisors
4. Others (Department KPI)
- Truck & bus Solution and advanced technology
- Consumer fleet approach (Light truck, mini bus)
Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor / engineer degree, Technical / automobile is preferred
2. Experience: At least 2 years in tire / automobile field
3. Language: English & Vietnamese
