About the role

Based in the Qld State office in Hendra, you will be responsible for a broad range of duties covering product planning and evaluation, original equipment and replacement market sales support and supporting dealers and customers across warranty claims and product recommendations.

Reporting to the Group Product and Technical Field Service Manager in Adelaide, you will be part of national tyre evaluation programs – managing the implementation, inspection and reporting of tyre evaluations in Qld to actively assist with new product introduction and launches.

You are enthusiastic, highly motivated and committed to providing a high level of customer service. 

You have attention to detail, possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities in addition to high-level written and oral communication skills. Your capacity for building relationships and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally, along with demonstrated tyre and/or mechanical knowledge will add further to your success.

To be successful in this role you will need Tertiary qualifications in engineering or a related discipline. Automotive or tyre industry experience is not mandatory but would be highly regarded.
