About the role

Due to growth in our Queensland network we are looking for an enthusiastic Regional Franchise Manager with a proven background in franchising or automotive, who will be responsible for driving franchise profitability and growth, while ensuring franchisees and their teams deliver an outstanding consumer experience.  


You will be responsible for the planning and delivery of the companies Bridgestone Select store goals and objectives for your region, ensuring the successful execution of a proven business model.


Critical to your success will be the ability to engage and work collaboratively with your group of franchisees in the achievement of their business objectives, while preparing them for the move towards the mobility solutions of tomorrow.

About you

Professional and persistent by nature, you will thrive on the opportunity to drive improvement across all aspects of a small business operation, to ensure Bridgestone and our retail stores remain market leaders. You should be able to demonstrate credible and robust business or automotive experience which is underpinned by a track record of achieving sales and profit targets.  

Success in this role will require:

  • The ability to analyse and interpret financial reporting to drive business improvement
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Great problem solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach
  • The ability to identify gaps in operational performance, and effectively implement improvement plans with individual stores
  • Effective relationship management focusing on creating and sustaining multi-tier relationships with key stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and time management skills
