Job Summary

Job Purpose:

Consumer FE:
- Leading assigned projects (market survey; FMC & training / elearning; market info update; drive PSR/OTR/IDS/CDL sale).
- Manage pre & after sale plan, execute and coordinate with related team to drive sales in assigned segments (OTR, IDS) & CDL channel (Car dealer - PSR).
- Tech territory management and execute Tech common works like survey, field test, claim handling, fleet approach / sale support.

Responsibilities

1. MARKET SURVEY (COUNT)
 - Plan and manage market survey projects in commercial & consumer segments to reflect market.
 - Support company strategy, coordinate with related teams to execute next action.
 - Manage cost efficienct & enhance value output of project.

2. FAMILY CHANNEL SUPPORT / ENHANCEMENT
 - New FMC store development and training
 - Coordinate with related teams to enhance and standardize FMC services, audit activities
 - FC advance / concentrate training & Skill contest

3. TRAINING / ELEARNING
 - Design training & elearning courses for internal and external customer.
 - Enhance fundamental of internal organization and external customers.
 - Ensure satisfaction level of attendant & usefulness evaluation of courses

4. DRIVE PSR/OTR/IDS/CDL SALES
 - Follow up and implement pre & after sales activities with sales in PSR / OTR/ IDS/ CDL.
 - Handle all Tech related matters and provide the solutions to customers.
 - Well cooperate related team to drive & achieve sales in assigned segments (PSR, OTR, IDS) & CDL

5.TECH & SALES COMMON WORKS & SUPPORT IN TERRITORY
 - Handling customer's claim, execute all common works of team (survey, test, FA, sale support).
 - Supporting sale team to achieve target in fleet approach and product performance monitoring.
 - Market information updates: product, customer, tires/car industry

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor / Engineer degree in Economical / Technical field
2. Experience: At least 5 years in automotive & tire field (After Sales Services, Field / Sales Engineer, Project Sales)

Skills

Skills: Good technical & sales background
High logical, problem solving, customer orientated
Good as negotiation, problem solving & customer management.
Can work independently, proactively and well cooperation in team's project
Communication and reporting with proficient MS office
English: Influent Vietnamese & English is must
