Job Summary

- Lead team to achieve North Area Target in both sale volume and net sales

- Support team to develop sale channel by expanding new accounts

Responsibilities

1. Planning - 1H & 2H Action plan

  • Delegate Sale Target & new account target and area for sale executives to be inline with Total target assigned.
  • Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a action plan in alignment with Business objectives.
  • Sale forecast

2. New sales contract and renew channel contract:

  • Participate in new sale policy brainstorming.
  • Support to deal and close agreement with Big Dealer with higher target.
  • Support team understand about the new sales policy.

3. Sale Analysis & Promotion activities:

  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.

4. Sales daily activities management:

  • Sale result follow up then support team to fulfill weekly target / plan.
  • Support team for sale proposal by discussing and finding solution.
  • Stock transfer: Evaluate stock in each wareshouse to propose stock transfer between South & North.

5. On field to visualize market:

  • Support sales executive to develop their territory (sale volume & accounts).
  • Coach sale executive on fields (How to approach Dealers, how and what to do in the shop,...).
  • Find out actual feedback from markets / dealers (Price, activities of competitors, other risk,...).
  • Build relationships with customers and motivate them for better sales.

6. Staff management & Improvement:

  • Monitor and analyze performance of sale executive every month and half year
  • Coach for improvement: On job training, internal procedure

7. Other assigments:

  • Join and contribute to cross functional projects
  • To be window person between team and other
  • Department for any new rules / procedures

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: At least 02 years as Regional Sales Manager level.
- English communication

Skills

Leadership Skills: Your job is to motivate your employees, working with them to set and meet sales goals. You will have to resolve conflicts and may be in charge of hiring your staff.
Analytical Skills: You will take the sales numbers and analyze them to find weaknesses in the system, cost-saving opportunities and redundancies. Good analytical skills will help you set proper goals and determine pricing.
Customer Service: You might need to speak with dissatisfied customers, or entertain high profile clients. Customer service skills will be necessary.
Communication Skills: A big part of sales and leadership is communication. You will need to be a good listener and speaker, to help customers and employees understand your direction and recommendations.
