BTMV-Warehouse & Logistics Junior Staff (6 months duration)

Salary

Starting basic salary: 10.200.000 VND/month

Job description

- Manage warehouse suppliers; ensure safe and efficient warehouse operations.

- Manage import and export activities in the warehouse.

- Manage inventory of tools and equipment.

- Calculate the amount of raw materials exported for production;

- Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure delivery plans.

- Calculate annual budget for the warehouse.

- Analyze costs related to warehouse and logistics and promote continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

Graduated from College or above. Major: unlimited.

No required experience. Welcome new graduate.

Experience with custom declaration (CDS) (preferred).

Experience with WH & LOG systems WMS and SAP (preferred).

Understanding of incoterms.

Understanding of import and export procedures.

Analytical and have the ability to solve inventory related problems.

Strong data Analysis skills.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Proactive, highly motivated and flexible.

Good organizational and problem solving skill.

Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
