Job description

• Design and issue tire assembling spec sheet and launch new products.
• Fix abnormalities in dairy basis and long terms.
• Recommend approaches to meet the technical and program requirements.
• Provide technical leadership to other personnel and assigned teams; mentor others in the organization.
• Lead or participate in organizational efforts in assigned projects and/or tasks.
• Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Physics.
• Ability of English communication.
• Experience of process engineer or QC for the career change.
• Experience of working for Japanese Company is plus.
• New gradiator must be able to explain gradiation thesis/reserch.
• Strong technical atitude and process orientation in approach to work.
• Ability to guide and influence others.
• Project management and team organization experience.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
