BTMV-QA System Staff (2-3 năm kinh nghiệm)

Salary

Starting basic salary: 13.500.000 VND/month

Responsibilities

Establish and implement the job responsibility related to the Quality Assurance System.

1. Establish, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) according to the ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certification requirements for BTMV. Prepare and implement both internal and third-party audits from the certification body.
2. Receive, make plan, prepare and implement audit of the related regulation such as CCC, SNI,... tire regulation such as QCVN34, GSO,…
3. Receive, implement, and confirm the requirements of OEM customers. Participate in OEM events and projects, prepare for audits, greet auditors, and implement any changes based on OEM requests..
4. Support and advice to relevant departments and processes to maintain and improve the QMS.
5. Proactive & creative, improve assigned job.
6. Send emails and communicate with foreign colleagues in the same Bridgestone group; ready to travel for business when necessary.

Requirements

Graduated from University or higher. Major: no required.

Welcome the candidate have experience in QA and the same role for 2-3 years experience.

Skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 certification, national regulation standards (CCC, SNI, etc.), and tire certification regulations such as QCVN34, GSO, VDA, etc. is an advantage.
• Skills: Proficient in PDCA, QC 7 tools, DMAIC, teamwork, problem-solving,…
• Possess strong logical thinking, critical thinking, and effective communication skills.
• Fluent in English communication.
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook are required).
