Role Clarification

Reporting to:

Human Resource General Manager (Vietnamese).

Number of direct subordinates: 8


  • Influence and guide all Departments on high awareness of human resource, legal requirements, compliances to ensure they clearly understood, motivated and inspired; Advise, implement and convince all Departments to accept human resource policies so as to BTMV be able to utilize full potential of human resource in accordance with required business objectives.

Areas Of Responsibility

  1. To plan, organize, implement, control a variety of complex administrative, technical and professional work of the development and maintenance of effective human resource function of BTMV focused on providing leadership to BTMV in designing system and developing policies for organizational effectiveness and teammates satisfaction, including but not limited to compensation and benefit system, teammates training, performance management,  compliance, and labor relations WITH THE OBJECTIVE to ensure that BTMV achieves its business objectives and makes the best use of its teammates WITHIN approved budgets and allocated resources according to BTMV/BSCAP’s guidelines and policies.
  2. To implement orientation, compensation and benefit, compliance training service to BTMV to ensure that all staff onboard smoothly, clearly understand pay system and keep compliance.
  3. To develop and maintain of appropriate and effective personnel policies to ensure that these are communicated and implemented throughout BTMV.
  4. Prepare and maintain budget to ensure budgets are met in accordance with BTMV’s annual business plan.
  5. To prepare and maintain of the remuneration regulation to ensure that BTMV is able to attract, retain and motivate staff.
  6. To encourage and maintain employee relations by undertaking all necessary consultation and negotiation with employee representatives to ensure that BTMV is best place to work with low turnover rate.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Administration or related fields.
  • A minimum of 03 years’ Human Resource Management experience.

Specific Skills (Knowledge, skills and abilities)

  • Significant managerial experience.
  • Experience of managing budgets.
  • Good at negotiating skill, communication skill, interpersonal skill, leadership skill and organizing skill.
  • An eye for detail.
  • Analytical ability.
