SUBORDINATES MANAGEMENT

Direct control the numbers of accounting staffs. Ensure subordinates are appropriately motivated and developed talent to carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.

CORPORATE ACCOUNTING

Ensure accuracy of all operational accounting treatments and finance reports timeline without legal violation.
Maintain & develop accounting systems, policies and procedures.
Ensure adherence to contract terms in respect of AR/AP and minimize potential bad debts.
Maintain and develop the fixed asset management policies which provide an effective fixed asset planning and management service to ensure that the company’s fixed assets management are optimized.
Implement costing management policies which provide an effective pre-determined/actual costing; analize the gap to ensure that the company’s product’s costs are best optimized.

TRAESURY MANAGEMENT

Implementation and oversee the appropriate finance plan and payment procedure.
Implement lean control of financial assets and prevent fraud/corruption on payment procedure.
Oversee the collection and processing of cash payments by computerized accountancy processes.
Ensure the best customer service performance regard to payment in a safe and secure manner.

TAX MANAGEMENT

Ensure effective tax procedures for all kind of tax in junction with the company’s operating to comply with local legal requirement and taxing optimization.
