Job Summary

- Create sales plan and deliver the Commercial sales targets (net sales and quantity) in the assigned regions or territories.

- Approach fleets by demonstrating premium tires' values and cover sub-dealers to enhance direct dealers' sell out.

- Territory: assigned regions (about 10 provinces) and 100 fleets.

Responsibilities

  1. Planning

- Assist Sales Leader to create TBR sales plan (dealers, products, revenue) in assigned territory.

- Make an action plan (IIP) to implement and deliver sales plan.

- Expand sales coverage (direct - indirect accounts and fleets).

- Prospect new customers while enhancing business with current customers.

  1. Sale Execution

- Conduct study to define market demand (direct dealers, sub-dealers and fleets) and coverage plan in assigned territory.

- Seek out new sales opportunity and setting up business discussion.

- Deploy, enhance and sustain fleet approach (direct and indirect fleets) to pull out sales of direct dealers while increase inhouse share.

- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on sales plan, products and services.

- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.

- Follow up sales orders, sales confirmations, delivery, payments, debt collecting, etc.

- Make PDCA (Plan - Do - Check - Action) and frequently review with data.

- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

- Participate on behalf of the company in events.

  1. Administration/Others

- Follow up paper works (contracts, annex's, agreements, sales order, sales confirmation, etc.)

- Support for company activities (conference, event, campaign, …)

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree. Business administration and Sales engineering are preferred.
  • Experience: Over 5 years of experiences in Sales or proven relevant experiences

Skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and quickly learn new systems.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Positive, confident and good attitude with business manner.

- Patient learner and passion for sales

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

- Good as negotiation, problem solving & customers management.

- Have knowledge of tires or automobiles are plus.
